Delivery:   Leads delivered by Email and or FTP download, in which instructions will be provided

No Samples / Free Leads:    Only the Record "Format" will be sent to each customer to ascertain if it matches the customers needs.

Guarantee:  100% guaranteed on Accuracy and Quality, or leads are fully 100% replaced

Replacement Warranty:  We replace any amount of records over 5% disconnects and wrong numbers

Return Check Policy:  All Returned EFT, Transfers or Checks submitted are subject to a $35.00 Fee

Credit Card or Payment Fraud:  All Fraudulent transaction arising from any customer of Lead Spectrum USA using a falsified credit card and or bank account to make a sales lead purchase will be deemed as an illegal transaction and will be met with punishment via the fullest extent of the legal system of the state of Arizona, USA.

No Refunds:  Data is not a product.  It is information that once received by you the vendor, cannot be returned in its entirety. Copies can always be made even if you delete the file and there is no way for Lead Spectrum USA to verify that these records were deleted from your computer.

Orders Placed from India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia:  Must be paid by Western Union and or Money Gram.  PayPal may be used with a Photo ID of the person using it and a faxed picture of the Actual Credit card on file with PayPal that matches the Photo ID of the person making the payment.  No Exceptions will be made for this type of transaction.  (We do allow minimum orders of $300.00 originating from these countries, excluding United Kingdom and Australia which remain at $500.00).
